Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Our support team will provide the correct return address and detailed instructions based on your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns may need to be sent to our fulfillment center depending on your location. In some cases, this may be our facility in China.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@belerin.com.
We will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at service@belerin.com.
We will investigate and provide a solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.
